Tsuboniwa first creation in the Shizen no sei Garden – Part 2

        Now the location of our first tsuboniwa is ready – intended to hide a big ugly concrete post – the mounting and making of our typical Japanese design fence, in bamboo and bark, can begin…

First, we install the posts, adjust and fix them on the floor, in the foots already in place and provided for this purpose.

Then, the crossties are cut to different appropriate dimensions and fixed on the posts.

Precut strips of bark come cover them.

Finally, bamboo rods of various diameters are fitted in the cross, in order to hide the connections and bring a little touch of decoration, thanks to their light color …

And here is a little game of shadow and light on our fence made in the purest spirit Sukiya, in this beautiful evening of Indian summer…
