LOYALTY Programme

To recompense you for your loyalty, Niwaki-et-niwashi.com has set up a loyalty programme. Every time you make a purchase, from your very first order Niwaki-et-niwashi.com credits your customer account with a certain number of loyalty points. These loyalty points are credited to your customer account once the order has been validated. Should you cancel your order, the number of points concerned will be subtracted from your account.

100 loyalty points equals a discount coupon for 20€

200 loyalty points equals a discount coupon for 40€... and so on.

The discount coupon offered will be valid for 1 year after its date of issue. It may not be cumulated with other discount coupons.

How do I know how many loyalty points I have?

You can check on the number of loyalty points you have in your customer account under the “My loyalty points” heading. Any time you wish, you can convert the number of points into a discount coupon for use on your next order.

How do I convert my loyalty points into a discount coupon?

To convert your loyalty points into a discount coupon, go to the “My loyalty points” heading in your customer account and click on “Transform my points into a discount coupon”. A discount coupon code will be generated and appear under the “My reduction coupons” heading. Note the code and use it when placing your next order by entering it in the “discount coupon” window on the summary of your order.
